About our online mathematics tuition service
Our History
Although Maths To Mind is newly founded, it is run by an experienced classroom teacher who has been delivering high quality maths lessons for 22 years. Toni will gather all her experience and resources to provide excellent online tuition to support students in their development of mathematics. The aim is to promote positive experiences of mathematics and a deeper understanding across the different areas of the subject.
Our Services
Tuition is available to people studying the following courses at flexible times:
- GCSE
- iGCSE
- Functional skills Level 1 and 2
- AS Level statistics
- Baccalaureat (coming soon)
- Adult learners (Post 16 and Post 19) in need of GCSE resits or qualifications
- Children being home-schooled in need of lessons or additional support
- Coming soon - 1:1 tuition in person for local residents
Current clientele are UK based students but our service will soon be marketed to French residents.

At Maths To Mind we develop a professional working relationship with you as the student, allowing the tutor to quickly understand how you work and begin to break down those barriers to learning.
1:1 tuition enables you to make progress quickly through targeted sessions, and lessons are planned carefully with your needs in mind.
Working with a tutor means you can learn at your own pace, in comfort, and provides a safe space for asking questions, working through challenges and problems with support and mentorship.
HOw we work
Using a variety of online resources and teaching styles, Maths To Mind will deliver tailored lessons via ZOOM or TEAMS. With access to a wide variety of online platforms and websites, we are sure to find the best way for you to enjoy your lesson and leave each session feeling confident, and in the knowledge that you have learned something new and deepened your understanding. Resources where applicable can be emailed to you for further consolidation or just to practice your skills, ready for the next lesson.
Clients can communicate via email between sessions to discuss next steps and agree on the content to be taught. Maths To Mind is there to support you and make maths accessible.
